The movement of light and water and bodies is a consistent theme in all my works. From the movement of the water in watercolor on the page to the movement of my fingers as I blend oil pastels, I am constantly trying to capture dance and light.
"WHAT REMAINS" Group Art Exhibition, 2026
"What Grows from Grief" and "What Blooms from Grief" were the two pieces that were involved in this art exhibition. Both pieces sprang from the feeling that I wanted to show the actual feeling of grief, how it destroys you and how it creates something from what is left of you. Both pieces tie nature and grief together, signalling that transformation through grief is something a naturalistic phenomenon.
